Lauren Mendelsohn-Levin, M.D. LLC provides personalized, in-home pediatric care for children 0-21 years of age. Dr. Mendelsohn-Levin has been in private practice for years and has seen first-hand, how much the world of medicine has changed. Families are busier than ever and pediatricians everywhere are working hard to support physical and mental health of children under the time constraints of a busy practice. With this new model, well and sick visits are in your home with well care visits that are one hour long to allow Dr. Mendelsohn-Levin the time to fully address all concerns and issues in a comfortable space for your child. With a limited number of patients, Dr. Mendelsohn-Levin will know your children and your family on a more personal level which allows for better individualized care.

Lauren Mendelsohn-Levin, M.D. grew up in Toronto, Ontario and moved to the United States for her undergraduate education at Barnard College, Columbia University. She proceeded to go on to study medicine at New York Medical College where she graduated with honors/membership to alpha omega alpha (medical honors society).
Dr. Mendelson-Levin did residency at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital in Westchester, NY and was selected to be a chief resident in pediatrics for an additional year. Following her training, Dr. Mendelsohn-Levin spent over four years in busy private practice in Greenwich, CT prior to moving to Baltimore, MD. She spent an additional four years in a large private practice in the suburbs of Baltimore before deciding to open her own doors to this new and exciting model.
When not working, Dr. Mendelsohn-Levin can be found running around town with her husband, Adam and her children Madeline (11) and Charlie (7) or walking her Cavachon, Coco. Dr. Mendelsohn-Levin loves to cook and entertain in her free time.
Dr. Mendelsohn-Levin is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is also a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

WHAT IS A “MEMBERSHIP PRACTICE”
The “membership practice” model is one in which each family whose child is a patient in the pediatric medicine practice of Lauren Mendelsohn-Levin, M.D., LLC pays an Annual Fee that covers enhanced services not normally available in a traditional pediatrics practice.
